    (individual and group instruction of Pilates mat and equipment-based exercises in a fully equipped Pilates studio consisting of a Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and a variety of barrels.)
  • Sports rehabilitation
    (assessment and individualized treatment to optimize healing throughout the course of an injury and return to sport)
  • Taping
    (variety of taping techniques used including athletic taping, functional taping and neuroproprioceptive taping)
  • Yoga instruction
    (individual and group instruction of vinyasa yoga, in a regular or therapeutic setting. Primarily used to strengthen the body and improve flexibility, but can also focus on a variety of breathing and relaxation/meditation techniques)

    A doctor’s referral is NOT required, however some insurance companies require a referral.
